How to Sign Up

Thanks for your Interest in Internet Realty, Inc. - The Alternative Real Estate Brokerage!

Here are the basics, and how to sign up with Internet Realty, Inc.

1. We are a non-MLS™ non-REALTOR® office so there are NO annual NAR dues or MLS™ fees.

2. The cost is $120 for the first year and $140 to renew annually.

3. You can sell new homes directly and refer everything else out to the agent of your choice (commercial, resales, listings, etc.) and negotiate the referral fee.

4. Splits are 80-20 in your favor.

5. Doreen Godden is in the Las Vegas office from 10-2 daily. Call for an appointment at (702) 463-5950.

5a. Don Braselton is available in the Reno office by appointment at 775-829-2116.

Both of them have all the forms for associating with us, but if you want to get begin completing or review the necessary forms in advance, you can follow these links to each of these IRI forms:

If enrollment in person is not possible, we can complete the process by fax and mail as needed. Call the office numbers above for more information about completing the process in this manner.
